This roster of locales resulted in the likes of silk kimonos slid over paneled silk tap shorts, tunics in photorealist North African graphic block prints and tile designs printed onto short body-conscious dresses, and the type of easy, soft, fluid caftan-y looks that work under the Tuscan sun, yet need only a pair of citified flats or one of Azria’s embellished biker jackets, particularly striking in a blue patchwork of leather and embroidered cotton canvas, to look more grounded—i.e. not on vacation.
